Netstage Service
 
As part of our full service, we offer Netstage service, cabinets and racks are pre-loaded with our value added products such as UPS protection, high speed data connection, pre-patched solutions, and KVM switches. All this is done in our 12,000 Sqft Net-Stage operations center, where we professionally assemble as per your specifications and drawings.  Netversity will provide single part numbers for fully assembled kits to eliminate mullti-vendor part numbers.
 
Netversity Industrial Integration Solution
 
Netversity Services will stage network, power connectivity with all components installed, tested and staged ready for site acceptance. At the Netversity staging facilities, we have the UPS connected to constant power to ensure quality of UPS protection systems.
 
Netversity will ship all material from their extensive inventory control system: Staged Data Cabinets ready for shipment
  • provide an on-line inspection of the UPS module
  • check input and output voltages
  • perform a load test with the UPS off line
  • verify run time appropriate to battery age
  • check fan operation and air venting
  • make recommendation for repair or upgrade accordingly
  • provide a written report
  • on site power audits are available
 
Physical Services
 
Netversity can provide physical resources for the implementation of the network. With resources available across North America, we are able to provide physical resources to help with the installation of all aspects of your network. Our clients have direct access to our field services team and their depth of knowledge and experience in the industry.
 
Netversity Logistics Solutions
 
Netversity provides a turn key service extending from the time of order to the network being live. The Logistics team are able to track shipments via GPS technology, ensuring your products are delivered to the customer location. We ensure the equipment is delivered to the customers designated installation space, installed in their proper location and all shipping material removed from the customers location. Netversity's integration of all our services creates a service unmatched in the industry.
 
Netphone Services
 
With the convergence of voice and data, we have certified technicians with various telephone system manufacturers, and additionally formed alliances with various companies across North America in order to provide full coverage for our clients. Our certifications include Cisco, Avaya, Panasonic, and Nortel. With this additional capability we are able to assist clients with the converged voice and data networks, able to better understand and help them to evolve to the new Unified Communications model.
